For the people who will not understand what the difference between this lawsuit and being called “cracker”….

A LAW was found on the books that is going to be used to challenge the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency. Just like the whole “Birth Certificate Bullshit”… the LAW is being used. The system is being used to oppress anyone who dares to “rise above station”. 

Economic power can be used in the same way. 

Being made fun of for being white, being picked on for being white, having bad things happen to you because you are white… THAT is BULLYING. Its wrong. It prejudiced. Its a crime against decent humanity. It should NEVER happen. But its often an isolated incident rather than a system designed to keep you (and others like you) from moving forward in life. 

Do you get it now?

The “law” in question here is based upon the Dred Scott Case which was overturned effectively by the 14th Amendment. The case will be thrown out, however, what is more important here is the racist intent that was behind the filing. The attorney that filed the suit (assuming there was one rather than just an individual citizen - of Alaska which became a state after black/ mulatto folks were declared citizens) should be disbarred for filing the suit in the first place. The argument the client wishes to make could not proceed further than the initial hearing where the judge would throw the case out.  It’s settled law. There is no question here. Therefore, there could be no other reason behind the filing than racist intent.  

Frankly, I’m surprised it took so long for such a filing to be made.  I totally expected some asshole to do this during the 2008 Elections.  :::sigh::: I love post racial America!  I can just feel the freedom.

I’m sorry but I can’t even take this seriously as an issue of racism. All I see is some crazy motherfucker taking advantage of his ability to file a lawsuit.

I feel like the only reason it’s gone further than the a simple filed paper is because it’s kind of hilarious how stupid he is and the news grabbed a hold of it, lol. 

Um… I think you’re going to have to read that again, because the whole lawsuit is based on racism.

No, I know that. I mean… it’s so fucking ridiculous that I can’t even see it as a serious thing. The guy is just insane, clearly.
